We are called upon to research, write and present. Our experts are active practitioners of HR with experience in a variety of industries and company sizes. We spend time implementing, executing, measuring and improving HR systems.

We also spend time talking and listening to what other experts, business leaders, clients and employees are thinking.

Here are some of our thoughts:

• Employees are generally disengaged from the mission and objectives of organizations.
• Managers are lacking the real skills, knowledge and practical tools to lead employees in today’s complex organizations. Employees quit their boss!
• The social contract between employer and employee has changed, but we’ve neglected to tell employees.
• Current HR programs are just that...HR programs. They are not strategies linked to business objectives that are measured and improved.
