It's simple. We help companies improve employee performance. That means, we align their goals, objectives and desires with the work employees do every day. We listen, we communicate, we engage and we develop your organizational talent. Every HR professional can plan a mean picnic, but that’s not our gig. We work with business and HR leaders to understand your business and to design and implement the HR systems required for optimal people performance. We roll up our sleeves with your management team and become part of your organization. We may not always tell you what you want to hear, but we'll tell you what we’re thinking...and we'll give you results.

Our 9 to 5

To us, the 9 to 5 isn’t what’s important. Sometimes it’s more and sometimes it’s less. What does matter is that we work very hard for our clients and play very hard as a team. Our culture is based on mutual trust and respect, diversity in thinking, challenging the status quo, creativity and teamwork. Converge is more than just where we work. It’s how we work and who we are. We don’t have many rules here, but we do have three simple guidelines:

  • work hard - first and foremost are our clients, and getting the job done for them.
  • play hard - getting the job done for our clients means taking care of ourselves. recharge. refuel. relax.
  • be honest - don't lie, don't cheat, don't steal. open and direct communication wins every time.
